What type of yarn did you use? And where can I get it?

what hook size is that? looks like a rather small hook.

I can imagine that something so tiny is not easy to work on. I think I'd be very frustrated, very soon. :giggle:

they're pretty cute, though (if that can be said about food... :D).

thanks :)

It says '3' on my hook - it's actually the only one I have and it's perfect for the yarn I use, but in fact allows me to make small things mostly.

I normally use a 2.5 hook. that's perfect for most of the yarns I get here.
the advantage of the small crocheted works is that they take up less space. ;)
(unless I wanted to crochet clothes or something :giggle:)

oh yes, that's a good point!

Once I crocheted a scarf and it took me ages! Altough it's only 10 cm wide, it's more than 3 meters long! and last Christmas I made another one for my boyfriend (because he loved mine so much) but I had to rush.. so I finished it in 3 weeks' time. And now I know I will never crochet any clothes :D

... unless it's with thick yearn, a huge hook and many holes... ;)

haha, no.
too much work included. ever since I knitted a sweater for my little brother when I was younger, I know that I'm not cut out for big projects like that. :XD:
though I'm trying my hand at crocheting a bag right now (with a 4.0 hook, so it's a little faster than with my usual hook). it's maybe 1/4 finished, but I've been idling for a month now. really should get to work on it again. :)

Well the pattern is a result of long and hard hours of trying to make the perfect cupcakes, but the smallest possible. It the best one I could work out.

And thans a lot! It really means a lot!
